"Sunset"

" Summer Set "
The thermometor readings have been off the charts here for the last two months, and last nights sunset showed signs of burning the skies. This image taken on Jockey's Ridge one of the largest shifting sand dunes on the planet. As the sun is on it's northern most axis I choose this lower angle down from the peak to give a more sinking look to the photo.

"Good Night OBX"
A few minutes after the sun went down and the skies cooled a bit I saw this group of kids saying their good byes to this day and one day closer to the end of their vacation before it's back to school. Kind of puts a nice feeling to an alwsome sunset.
Enjoy
